My 30 On / 30 Off HIIT workouts use an interval structure of—you guessed it!—30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest. With these equal work-rest intervals, you’ll go through a circuit of five exercises, four times total. So it’s 20 minutes of hiit training, plus a guided warm up and cool down to round out the class.
