In HIIT Circuits workouts, we break up our interval training into a series of shorter circuits. In each of the mini circuits, we use an interval structure of 30 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. You complete three-four sets of the circuit depending on if exercises are unilateral or bilateral. I’ll then give you a fresh set of exercises for the next mini circuit.
