These strength circuit workouts have either a lower body or upper body / core focus. Some are just a straight strength circuit, while others incorporate different training modalities (band finishers, Pilates). In the video description of each class, I specify what weights I’m using.

Lower Body Strength Circuit Workouts

These strength circuit workouts have a upper body and/or core focus.
Strength Circuit + Resistance Band Burn Out
In these classes, we start with a strength circuit using weights. We finish class with a resistance band burn out (these are sneaky tough!).
Strength Circuit + Pilates Classes
These classes each have a specific muscular focus. They start with a brief Pilates flow to activate that muscle group, and then move into strength circuit work. They’re a fun combo! If you enjoy these classes, I’d also recommend my Tabata Superset + Pilates workouts, which mix Pilates and HIIT training.
