Move to the beat of the music with these one song workouts. They’re quick and fun, and make for the perfect workout finisher. Or, they can be done back-to-back in playlist form for a longer, music-driven workout. If you do them as a stand-alone quick workout, just be sure to warm up on your own beforehand (might I suggest one of my warm up songs?).

Arm Song Workouts
In these arm songs, we typically use either light hand weights (can use soup/bean cans if you don’t have weights at home!) or a resistance band.
Lower Body Song Workouts
Lower body songs target legs and/or glutes. I have lunge songs, squat songs, inner thigh songs, outer hips/glutes songs and more!
Core Song Workouts
Core songs are typically either plank-based or flexion-based (think Pilates-esque crunch songs).
Cardio Song Workouts
In cardio songs, we jump around to the beat, getting out of breath and sweaty while having fun!
Warm Up & Cool Down Songs
Warm up and cool down songs are perfect pre and post-workout. Cool down songs don’t always go exactly to the beat, as we do hold some positions.
Playlists (Multi-Song Workouts)
I’ve put together playlists of several song classes to create a longer, total body workout. These will vary, but typically contain a warm up song, arm song, lower body song, core song, cardio song, and cool down song.
