Nicole

Hi! I’m a Pilates/fitness trainer living in Boston with my husband and our dog Squeaky. I used to write the somewhat-popular (that may be generous lol) blog Pumps & Iron before shifting my focus to YouTube, where I share workout classes.

In addition to movement, I LOVE reading. If you’re a fellow bookworm (or just looking for a good beach read!), I share recommendations across all genres on Instagram and TikTok.

Fitness Credentials & Focus

I’m a STOTT Pilates Instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Prenatal/Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (through Core Exercise Solutions). I’ve been teaching various fitness modalities in Boston and virtually since 2012, sharing regular (free!) classes to my YouTube channel.

While there’s a ton of class variety to be found on my channel, I focus primarily on Pilates, functional strength training, and mobility. All of my workouts emphasize proper form and alignment — let’s support our bodies with functional, purposeful movement!
