Functional Circuits workouts focus on functional movement and strength training. Classes are broken up into several shorter circuits. In each of the mini circuits, you’re given three-five exercises and you do them back to back. You then rest before repeating the circuit 2-4 times, depending on the class.

Low Impact Functional Circuits Workouts (No Jumping)
There’s no jumping in these low impact classes. Perfect if you have downstairs neighbors and need to be quiet, or for those who just want to avoid jumping! It’s important to note that my Functional Circuits classes with jumping can be modified to be low impact. I always show low-impact exercise modifications on screen.

Functional Circuits Classes with Weights
We’ll use dumbbells in these classes. At the start of class (and in the video description), I’ll always tell you what weights I’m using for reference.

Functional Circuits Classes with Resistance Bands
You’ll need a resistance band loop for these classes. This is the set I use. I like that the lighter bands have a big range of motion, makes them versatile!

Bodyweight Only Classes
No equipment needed for these bodyweight-only classes!

Slider Functional Circuits Classes
You’ll need a slider (or a pair of sliders) for these classes. If you’re working out on hardwood floors, dish towels work as sliders. If on carpet, paper plates work.
